Aruku Natural Millets began with a simple belief — that the food our grandparents ate was better. Less processed, more nourishing, and full of taste that modern shortcuts strip away.

We work directly with farmers across the Araku highlands, reviving native millets and traditional cold-pressing methods. Every oil is pressed without heat, every podi roasted in small batches, and every jar of honey is raw and unfiltered.
